Our hardware wallet products are designed for secure cryptocurrency storage. By purchasing and using our products, you agree to use them only for their intended purpose and in accordance with our instructions and documentation.
When you set up your Bregenzeria device, you will create a recovery seed phrase. This recovery seed phrase is the only way to recover your cryptocurrencies if your device is lost, stolen, or damaged. You are solely responsible for:
Important: Bregenzeria does not store your recovery seed phrase and cannot recover it for you if it is lost. Loss of your recovery seed phrase may result in permanent loss of access to your cryptocurrencies.

Bregenzeria produces hardware wallets designed for safe offline cryptocurrency storage. We do not provide any additional services such as exchanges, custodial storage, or staking. We do not have access to or control over your cryptocurrencies or private keys.
All prices are shown in US dollars and do not include taxes or shipping costs, which will be added at checkout. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. Products are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.
We accept various payment methods, including credit cards, debit cards, and select cryptocurrencies. By providing payment information, you represent and warrant that you have the legal right to use the payment method you provide.
After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This email confirms that we have received your order but does not indicate that your order has been accepted or shipped.
We ship to most countries worldwide. Shipping times and costs vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected. We are not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may be imposed by your country's customs authorities.
You may return unused products in their original, sealed packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price (excluding shipping costs). To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team.
Bregenzeria hardware wallets come with a limited warranty covering manufacturing defects for a period of one year from the date of purchase. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from accidents, misuse, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear.
To make a warranty claim, please contact our customer support team with your order number and a description of the issue. If your claim is approved, we will repair or replace your device at our discretion.
In no event will Bregenzeria, its affiliates, or their licensors, service providers, employees, agents, officers, or directors be liable for damages of any kind, under any legal theory, arising out of or in connection with your use, or inability to use, the website, any websites linked to it, any content on the website or such other websites, or any products or services purchased through the website, including any direct, indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to, personal injury, pain and suffering, emotional distress, loss of revenue, loss of profits, loss of business or anticipated savings, loss of use, loss of goodwill, loss of data, loss of cryptocurrencies, and whether caused by tort (including negligence), breach of contract, or otherwise, even if foreseeable.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or related to them, their subject matter, or their formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law provision or rule. Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of, or related to, these Terms or the website shall be instituted exclusively in the federal courts of the United States or the courts of the State of California, in each case located in the City of Oakland and County of Alameda, although we retain the right to bring any suit, action, or proceeding against you for breach of these Terms in your country of residence or any other relevant country.

If any provision of these Terms is held by a court or other tribunal of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable for any reason, such provision shall be eliminated or limited to the minimum extent such that the remaining provisions of the Terms will continue in full force and effect.
